The tech didn't know what he is doing my car takes 6 quarts then he only put 5 quarts in it and oil spilled on my motor and oil hand prints on my car and then when I told service manager my car takes 6 quarts then he only put 5 quarts in it and oil spilled on my motor and oil hand prints on my car and then when I told service manager my car takes 6 quarts he said no it does and then it turned in too a big deal then they finally fixed it and give me a discount but I wasn't looking for a discount I wanted my car done right that's it. More

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. Purchased 2 vehicles and will be my last. I was told I needed a air filter at cost of 59.95 and I declined. I went to auto parts store and purchased air filter for 15.00!!!!!! I know there is a markup but that is Insane.
