Everything was taken care of and is all fixed up. But I never thought I’d have to wait 2 hours for one tire to be changed..... after waiting for an 1 hour 45 minutes I asked for an update. The man walked o never thought I’d have to wait 2 hours for one tire to be changed..... after waiting for an 1 hour 45 minutes I asked for an update. The man walked out and had to come back in because the car was no longer being worked on and he didn’t know where it was..... turns out the car was parked back in the lot because they had finished the car a while ago- either they had forgotten to process the paperwork or something because I wasted my time waiting there. Who knows how long I would’ve waited (probably till they closed at 6pm) for them to realize that my car and paperwork were never officially closed out. I wish I could say I left happy but I was a little pissed off. As we all know time is money and humans make errors but I just wish my experience had been better. I sure don’t want to be anywhere longer than I have to during a pandemic. And that’s my first experience at Chevy. Carolina did great tho- she let me know I only had 30 minutes left after waiting for an hour (I received a maintenance video 30 mins after arriving showing my car tires diagnostic and what was under the hood)- only after she left no one really must’ve followed up with me and that’s when I had to start asking for information. More
