Great experience in Service with Caroline Combs. Had new tires installed at a local tire shop. They stripped one of the lugnuts on my wife's X5 late on Saturday afternoon. Called Service and afte Had new tires installed at a local tire shop. They stripped one of the lugnuts on my wife's X5 late on Saturday afternoon. Called Service and after a short hold they confirmed I could come in to get the new lugnut installed. They saved the day for me (again - it's my wife's car, lol, so I needed to get it made right). They took care of me and the car, and had me back on the road within an hour. Really grateful! More
