Dropped car off at prescheduled appointment for an oil change, it was nearly 20 minutes before any took the car. It then took an hour to finish the service. Overall 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change change, it was nearly 20 minutes before any took the car. It then took an hour to finish the service. Overall 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change.. however notification took and additional 15 minutes, so I was waiting for an hour and 30min for an oil change. Seems a bit to long for a simple service. More
