I have never been treated better by any other dealership in all of my life. I have leased my last seven cars, so every 2 to 3 years I have been dealing with different car dealerships and this has been my be in all of my life. I went in and purchased the car on my own without my husband and was never pressured by the sales person or the finance manager to do something that did not fit my needs. They worked with me until we came up with a mutually agreed amount, and they gave me a wonderful deal on my trade-in. They have spent time with me, walking me through the dealership, introducing me to the service manager, and made sure I understood how to operate all of the features of my car more than once. Their communication with me has been tremendous, and I have never been made to feel more special by any other company than the staff of Ed Martin Shadeland has made me feel.
