I visited Ed Martin Nissan around this time a couple of years ago and Russ Eller attended to me. At the time, I was just looking around for a vehicle because I knew mine was on its last days. I was offered years ago and Russ Eller attended to me. At the time, I was just looking around for a vehicle because I knew mine was on its last days. I was offered a vehicle at the time, but sadly, I had to walk away. I always kept the friendly service in mind and told myself that will be back. Well, I did go back because that car of mine died on me and this time I am in a better financial situation were I didn't walk away. We had an amazing experience purchasing our new Jeep Wrangler from Russ and the team at Ed Martin Nissan! We drove over two hours to test drive a Jeep we found online, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. There was a slight delay due to a battery issue, but their service team quickly squeezed us in and got everything taken care of while we were there. Once we took the Jeep for a test drive, we absolutely fell in love with it. The entire team worked hard to make the process smooth and stress-free, and we were able to drive our new Jeep home the very same day. We couldn't be happier with our purchase or the outstanding customer service we received. If you're looking for your next vehicle, we highly recommend Russ and the entire team at Ed Martin Nissan.
