I stopped in looking for a car and Cary when the car was not available scoured the Mile One inventory for a car to meet my needs. When we found one he drove us to see it. Came in to look at Outbacks and Foresters. The sales person smelled horrible like body odor and 20 years of chain smoking. Like unable to breathe on the test drive bad. He was extremely slow at everything he did, kept dissappearing to smoke and he talked about the weirdest stuff. The manager Iman was very rude and condescending he acted like we were an inconvenience and wasting his time it was my car and i was paying for it but he kept talking to my husband like i wasnt apart of the decision making process. I wanted to look at other options there but we left instead. This was the most bizarre experience ive had in a long time. We did end up getting a really nice outback at Owings Mills. Oddly enough they share cars with Catonsville so we still got what we wanted. More

Here's a little story. I factory ordered my BRZ late July with Cary Hoffman as my dealer. This was my very first car purchase in my life, since I'm only in my early twenties. Throughout the five months he ha with Cary Hoffman as my dealer. This was my very first car purchase in my life, since I'm only in my early twenties. Throughout the five months he had to deal with me, I really appreciated these qualities about him: he was straight to the point, honest when answering all my questions, attentive to the current sales and discounts Subaru had at the time, and had a really good sense of humor. Since, Corona was still prevalent during this time, the car was scheduled to come late November. Obviously, during this time, some car parts were hard to get, less workers to do their job in the factories, etc. My car ended up coming in later in December, but Cary has kept me updated every month and even entertained me whenever I had a questions. I am still new to driving manual, so Cary took great care of me. He took the car to the front of the dealership so that I would not have to reverse out from the back, offered to drive it home for me, but then after declining, told me to text him when I got home. Everything he has done for me, I will deeply appreciate. It was really pleasant to have him as my dealer, so I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else. TLDR - Good dealer, took care of me greatly. Nice & funny. More

Car buying always has a lot of negative energy around it, but for us, working with Cary was a breeze and the entire experience from discuss with him. When I made my initial two calls, he was unavailable and I was directed to other personnel or received a call back form another emp only Kevin Engle. However, it all worked out well, especially in conversations with Cary Hoffman. He was extremely helpful regarding descriptions and utility of certain options that I was considering. I had given another employee information re: trade-in value of my current car, but have not yet heard back on it. More
