Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your vacation was interrupted by an unexpected vehicle issue, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Because your vehicle broke down more than two hours away, we initially recommended taking it to a dealership closer to your location to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. You chose to have the vehicle towed back to our dealership instead, and once it arrived on Thursday evening, our technicians inspected it the very next day, ordered the necessary parts, and completed the repair on Saturday so you could have your vehicle back before Monday. While we understand your disappointment regarding towing and rental expenses, those costs are not something our dealership is able to provide in this situation. Our team worked hard to prioritize your repair and return your vehicle as quickly as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to assist and wish you safe travels in the future.
