It was clear to us that he was genuinely interested in finding us the right car at the right price as opposed to someone interested only in making a sale; he was patient with us every step of the way and really made us feel comfortable at the dealership. And as we worked through the financial aspects of buying a car, Dustin was great in making all of the financial particulars transparent (his computer screen was always turned toward us) so that we knew exactly what we were paying for and understood everything. It's nice to know that we have a dealership that we can turn to where the salespeople are more interested in the people than the sales. More

He spent a great deal of time with me on my three visits, answering all of my questions. I made it clear to Casey during my first trip to the dealership that I was not there to purchase a vehicle, but rather comparison shopping with other makes. Casey in no way treated me any differently knowing I wasn't there to purchase that first day. We had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. We had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership the day before and didn't have a pleasurable experience, so we weren't sure what to expec Annapolis. However, we got a great first impression of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis from our sales rep, Casey Duffy. He was personable and explained everything to us. He wasn't too aggressive or pushy, but calm and relaxed as he walked us through each process. The dealership had an excellent sale going on the day we bought the vehicle so we were able to get our 2010 E350 at a great price and low interest rate. The financing rep, Tom Stancavage, was funny and honest with us. He was transparent in showing us how we could get the lowest monthly payment. As a parting gift, they gave us two Mercedes Benz key chains and a pen. During the process my husband and I mentioned how hungry we were, so Casey gave us a card to a local seafood restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this dealership to other consumers. More
