Wasn't sure I was in the market for a car at this time but found an E-Class used vehicle at Annapolis Mercedes-Benz. That is when I walked in to the dealership and met immediatly Casey Duffy. Casey and I but found an E-Class used vehicle at Annapolis Mercedes-Benz. That is when I walked in to the dealership and met immediatly Casey Duffy. Casey and I talked about the one car online but it was sold. Casey apologized and showed me what they had in the inventory and even mentioned that they had one coming in I might be interested in. Couple of days later I called Casey about a CLK they had in the back and he said "come on in" and I did, but this time Casey had a surprise for me upstairs in the showroom were he showed me a CLK 350 with low mileage and reasonable priced (Fell in love with it). Casey then showed me the rest of the inventory then I decided I wanted to move forward with the Black on Black CLK 350 Convertable. At this point I was trading in a 2003 Tahoe and putting 10,000 dollars down and wasn't sure I was going to get financing. Minutes later I was called into Drew Litherland office and was told he needed more information being the Sale Manager at the Mercedes in Annapolis. He was very professional and very private about our conversation and even ask someone to leave so no one else was involved. I gave Drew the required information, this was late Fridayy night, and went home hoping for the best. Through the hard work of the Mercedes team to include Tom Stancavage I was called by Tom on Saturday saying my loan was approved and that as soon as I had my down payment the car was mine. Within a couple of days I had the money and Casey had work very hard getting the car ready for delivery, I had some extras done, and I picked it up on Wednesday and a very very happy customer. If not for the effort of the Mercedes-Benx Annapolis team i would have never been driving this awesome car. I am very happy and this sale, it has made my move from Frederick MD to Annapolis complete. Thank you Guys and Michelle for all the hard work and dedication toward this sale. I will be back to trade up in a couple of years and will reccomend to my friends and family who are interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz that there is no other place but Mercedes-Benz Annapolis to get a complete deal. What can I say? This dealership and all the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable and they made a bad experience into a great one. After getting into a very bad accident which destroyed my 2008 C3 are so friendly and knowledgeable and they made a bad experience into a great one. After getting into a very bad accident which destroyed my 2008 C300 (which I bought from them in 2009) I went in to find a replacement car. Drew Litherland, Casey Duffy and Tom Stancavage (last but not least) helped me every step of the way. They were caring and patient and made it very easy for me to get into another Mercedes quickly. Since the 2008 C300 saved my life as well as my husband and son I knew I had to buy another Mercedes. Drew Litherland directed me to Casey Duffy, who is a terrific person. There was never any pressure as to which car to choose. Tom Stancavage, a delight to work with, made the finance process easy and actually enjoyable. I worked with Tom when I bought the 2008 C300 and was so happy that he is still there doing what he does best, getting through the finance process easily and making people smile. Now that I have another Mercedes I can move on with my life. This dealership is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. More

He walked in the lot with us to show us the different colors they have. He was able to answer every question we askde him without hesitation, he is very knowledgeable, I mean this guy knows his stuff(I mean Mercedez Benz stuff). When it was time to test drive the car, Casey did not rush us through, he explained all the features as we drove and encouraged us to ask questions, he explained more after the test drive. This guy Casey has an excellent customer service, he also has a good sense of humor. we had done research about the car prior to visting the dealership but we learned more from Casey in just an hour. When we decided to buy the car C300 4matic, Casey introduced us to Mr. Tom Stancavage from finance. Tom is funny, friendly and courteous at the same time; he had us laughing the whole time. Tom worked deligently to make sure we get the excellent and the lowest rate ever, thank you Tom. We are very happy that we chose the Mercedes benz of Annapolis, we are very happy that Casey was our sales person, we are very happy Tom was there to help us, but most of all we are very .happy with our C300 4matic.
