I have purchase many cars over in the past and this experience was by far the easiest. Casey Duffy, the lead sales person for this deal, was very friendly and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase anything. I actually came to the dealership to look at a C350, but upgraded to an E350 because of the phenomenal pricing and finance deals. Brian Fader, the owner, took the time to thank me for my business and have a pleasant conversation. Drew Litherland did a wonderful job explaining all of the add-on options. He even loaned the new car to me overnight to help me make my decision. He also offered an incredibly fair and honest price for my trade-in E500. Michele Mitchell made the exhaustive signing process a breeze. She was able to explain every item on the paperwork efficiently and effectively. More

Wayne, Casey and Drew were the ultimte Sales Profesionals in dealing with my new E320 purchase. I Created a great deal of unnecessary work after buying one car and comming back the same day to swap for ano in dealing with my new E320 purchase. Both of these gentlemen, John and Casey, were excellent to talk to and in providing the information we needed. It was a hassle free purchase which we liked. My wife has always wanted a Mercedes-Benz. I have perodically visited the MB of Annapolis website and the dealer and insurance company added incentives were especially attractive in August 2011. I visited the dealer and told Casey what my wife's preferences were and he found a 2012 model with juct what she wanted. When she came down to the dealer he had the specific car ready for her to drive. Drew got us the best lease deal he could and the monthly cost was only a little more than a 2011 would have been. Michelle made sure all the paperwork details were correct. All staff were helpful, friendly, and respectful under the trying circumstances of having the electricity out for days following Hurricane Irene. More

Having purchased numerous cars over the last several years I have had the opportunity to interact with some of the typical salemen in the car business. Casey is not one of them. It took a few weeks to f years I have had the opportunity to interact with some of the typical salemen in the car business. Casey is not one of them. It took a few weeks to finally find the vehicle we were looking for, as we were very particular on what we were looking for. I got updates daily on what was found and what kind of deal could be made on. I never felt like there was pressure to buy, or like I was being taken advantage of. Casey Duffy and Michelle Nordquist WOW!!! What a GREAT car buying experience. Last week I bought a pre-owned BMW M5 from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Casey Duffy and Michelle Nordquist are phenomenal. They are fantastic professionals, but just as important, they are wonderful people. Residing in Pennsylvania, purchasing a vehicle in a different state could have turned out to be quite an effort. But with Casey and Michelle on my side the entire purchase, paper work, and all aspects of the transaction were a breeze with a smile. Casey went far beyond the call of duty. From providing additional information over the phone (measuring tread depth of the tires and comparing them to new vehicles); to coming in on his day off: to having the patience to wait for me (on his day off) as I was hopelessly stuck in traffic; to helping me load the vehicle onto a trailer in the rain and after hours; and to following up with me (to see if I made it home safely and ensuring my satisfaction with the purchase), Casey is a awesome. What a commitment to his customer and his profession! I am a part-owner of a firm and manage 217 employees. I would love to have individuals like Casey and Michelle on my staff in key management positions. Their dedication and commitment to the client is unequaled. I already have used their exemplary customer service in numerous meetings within my firm to show my employees how we can strive for and achieve perfection. Just purchased a new to me car from M/B of Annapolis. Since I had not purchased a "new" car in over 15 years, I was overwhelmed by the "car buying" challenge. We found this dealership to be very welcoming and friendly. Casey Duffy made our buying experience comfortable and not rushed. When asking numerous questions about the different vehicles, he always provided the most up to date information and was so gracious in making the vehicles available for us to test drive. We felt that the information provided to us was fair and accurate and Casey demonstrated his knowledge of the products again and again. Larry's knowledge, humor and honesty was also a welcomed part of our experience at the dealership. We would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, as Casey made it a point to take his time with us and answer many, many questions. They were very flexible in taking care of things quickly with some of the paperwork, as my husband had to fly out of town on business. We live in Washington state and once we had decided on the E350 coupe in Iridium Silver as a lease we went in search for it. Working with a dealer in the Seattle area they were only able to find one in a the E350 coupe in Iridium Silver as a lease we went in search for it. Working with a dealer in the Seattle area they were only able to find one in all of the USA. My wife is a very good shopper and went out on her own for a search and found one at the dealership in Annapolis, Maryland. We quickly established this is the car we want then set about working out the deal. First, we had a trade in, which was not a problem in itself. The car being 2800 miles away we thought would be a sticking point. Not a problem Casey says. We transported our car there and continued with the financing aspect. This is where it gets dicey. Seems the MD lease procedures differ greatly from the ones in Washington. Michell finally contacted a dealership in Washington and obtained forms and paperwork applicable in this state. To top everything off they flew Casey Duffy from Baltimore to Seattle with all the paperwork that needed to be signed. We picked him up at the airport, went to a Cheesecake Factory for lunch and some very pleasant conversation. We returned Casey to the airport in time for his return flight. We've never seen a dealership so to such lengths just to sell a car and provide excellent customer support. Even though we are 2800 miles apart we feel the Mileone group is like our neighborhood dealership. If anyone wants a great car at a great price with more than outstanding customer support then Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, Maryland is the place to go. Management of our financial needs were professionally handled by Larry Graberstein and Drew Litherland that enabled us to purchase not one but two vehicles.
