It was the best car purchasing experience of our lives and we walked out of the dealership with two new cars. We were treated very well and feel that the negotiation process on the price of the two cars was favorable. John Dunphy (General Manager) was very approachable and involved in searching for the car that I wanted. They were able to locate and acquire my car from an out of state dealer as I had very specific demands. Excellent service. The sales staff were friendly, professional, and dedicated, but not too pushy. The staff stayed open 3 hours after closing to make sure we got what we wanted. Michelle was also extremely helpful with financing and was also very friendly. Although we were buying a used car that was certainly on the low price spectrum for this dealership, and not a high-end Mercedes that is clearly their bread and butter, we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. The free lunch at a local restaurant was quite a nice touch. More
