Casey was great to work with. He called me back a couple of times and if he hadn’t I may not have gone in. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car. I was switched to Casey after having a VERY bad experience with another sales representative. Casey went about and beyond trying to help me get into a vehicle that fit what I was looking for and m experience with another sales representative. He made sure to stay in constant contact throughout the process, and answered every question I had. He made multiple suggestions and was knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. I was absolutely thrilled with the hole process, not only was sales on point,my sales guy Casey Morrow was awesome!!! Derek was my main contact from previous business and was terrific and definitely on top of everything. Casey was really great in helping out with getting a car for me to test drive while Derek was busy wit terrific and definitely on top of everything. Casey was really great in helping out with getting a car for me to test drive while Derek was busy with a client. I have been catering Heritage Ford and Toyota events for 20 years and I have enjoyed every employee that I have met. Heritage and all their staff and service are tip of the line and I look forward to dealing with them. My son Jonathan has also leased a RAV4 as well this week.
