Derek was my main contact from previous business and was terrific and definitely on top of everything. Casey was really great in helping out with getting a car for me to test drive while Derek was busy wit terrific and definitely on top of everything. I have been catering Heritage Ford and Toyota events for 20 years and I have enjoyed every employee that I have met. Heritage and all their staff and service are tip of the line and I look forward to dealing with them. My son Jonathan has also leased a RAV4 as well this week. Great experience buying a car - we got the car we wanted! We met Casey a year ago when we were considering a mini-van. He was friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information. We decided to hold off and he was respectful of that. We came back a year later now wanting an SUV. He asked a lot of good questions and helped us identify the vehicle we wanted. We considered a new car - but he found us great value in a lightly used Highlander. He entertained us and our kids while we waited and waded through the process. We bought the car in 1 afternoon/evening. We are very happy so far and are on the schedule to get a great deal on snow tires. Josh helped us with financing and he was really nice and easy to work with. More

2017 Camry I have never felt so helped. It started Alex Bushey and Zack Roberts getting my trade in and valued, and Casey took over and explained everything out I have never felt so helped. Christine in finance did great explaining everything with the paperwork to make sure I knew what I was signing. I get a phone call the next morning from Casey as a follow up to make sure everything is going smooth so far with the car. Overall Heritage Toyota is my favorite place to buy a car because of how helpful and friendly everyone is and they go the extra mile to make sure you get into the car you love without having the pressure of your average dealership. More
