Bad service, got my name wrong on this survey email, et al I had the car delivered and it took you three days to realize that it was there and then you couldnt find the keys, which were in the car. It doesn't I had the car delivered and it took you three days to realize that it was there and then you couldnt find the keys, which were in the car. It doesn't take Einstein to think of doing that, does it? I was given three different dates when you said you would 'take a look at it'. When it was done I was given a completely different price to the one I paid. And I did not appreciate your service staff calling my car ' a bit of a rat job'. Oh, and why the heck was this survey email addressed to 'John'? Am I upset? Yes. I am considering a new Volvo. After all this, why would I consider buying from you? More

Excellent customer service. Superb people skills. Cassandra is very cheerful and personable. She took the time needed to explain in detail what service was done and when to next schedule. Some times you feel like a Nutt! Steve Nutt is the Hyundai Service Contact. He is excellent. By that I mean he listens and your concerns. Maple Hill Subaru Came thru in a pinch! Had my window fall off its track unexpectedly heading home from work at 4:30pm on a Friday.. In a panic, I called up Maple Hill and they were able to Had my window fall off its track unexpectedly heading home from work at 4:30pm on a Friday.. In a panic, I called up Maple Hill and they were able to get me first thing Saturday morning for service. Beating the rain that came thru at noon, Maple Hill was my saving grace.
