Very nice experience, test drive set up easily online and via text messages. Worked with Justin who was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the appointment scheduled at a convenient time. The model and color I wanted with the options was available. The buying process went quickly and easily with Cassie she was very efficient on getting the I's dotted and T's crossed. Justin set up all the bluelink/Hyundai owners portal and explained the system very well, which I actually like being able to lock my doors with the app or just verify I have locked my doors. Theres not anything to complain about. I would definitely recommend working with Justin & Cassie if your interested in a Hyundai. Very non aggressive, friendly and professional environment at the dealership. More

The buying experience was truly amazing. I worked with Abi Shook and we got a deal done on the phone. She was very responsive and available. She answered all of my calls directly and none I worked with Abi Shook and we got a deal done on the phone. She was very responsive and available. She answered all of my calls directly and none went to voicemail. She also has a lot of product knowledge. I drove 3 1/2 hours to Asheville to pick up the car and finalize financing. I got a really good deal from Abi and I was expecting a hard sell on warranties, protection, etc. However, Cassie was fantastic. She showed me the various packages with clear pricing, none of this "it will only add $X to your payment" I did get financing through them, received a reasonable interest rate, and was complete in about 30 minutes. If you don't want to spend hours watching Youtube videos on how to deal with the Finance Manager (like I did), just go to Cassie. One of the key things to my positive experience with Hyundai of Asheville is that I never felt they were trying to hide any fees or pull a fast one. Completely upfront with pricing and the 3 1/2 hour trip was completely worth my time. More

So my wife &I were out looking at cars; just visiting different dealerships. We had just left Hunter Subaru Hyundai in Fletcher where we live and were very disappointed. I decided to try Hyundai of Ashev different dealerships. We had just left Hunter Subaru Hyundai in Fletcher where we live and were very disappointed. I decided to try Hyundai of Asheville (just looking). We drove up, parked and got out: to a young man approaching us - asking how we were and could he help us. My wife immediately said we are just looking. He was so kind and insisting on asking what our interest was! So by now he had made us feel so comfortable: my wife said let's listen to his spill. Manny made us feel like he knew just what we were looking for. He asked us what our interest was in a car, concerns and what was most important. We knew that we were at the right place. Manny then asked us to give him a minute, left his desk - came back with recommendations. We only had to decide on what color! We went on a test drive and this is where he sold us. Manny made us so comfortable with his presentation, knowledge, ambitions on his sales experience and trust worthiness. We felt like family. After finalizing the deal and visiting Ms. Cassie: we hit the JACKPOT!!!! More
