Justin set up all the bluelink/Hyundai owners portal and explained the system very well, which I actually like being able to lock my doors with the app or just verify I have locked my doors. Theres not anything to complain about. I would definitely recommend working with Justin & Cassie if your interested in a Hyundai. The buying experience was truly amazing. I worked with Abi Shook and we got a deal done on the phone. She was very responsive and available. She answered all of my calls directly and none went to voicemail. She also has a lot of product knowledge. I drove 3 1/2 hours to Asheville to pick up the car and finalize financing. I got a really good deal from Abi and I was expecting a hard sell on warranties, protection, etc. However, Cassie was fantastic. She showed me the various packages with clear pricing, none of this "it will only add $X to your payment" I did get financing through them, received a reasonable interest rate, and was complete in about 30 minutes. If you don't want to spend hours watching Youtube videos on how to deal with the Finance Manager (like I did), just go to Cassie. One of the key things to my positive experience with Hyundai of Asheville is that I never felt they were trying to hide any fees or pull a fast one. Completely upfront with pricing and the 3 1/2 hour trip was completely worth my time. More
