I checked out Hyundai's website and found a particular car that I was interested in. Manny met us in the parking lot along with a new trainee. The car had a LOT of things on it, and Manny explained them all to me (he was like an encyclopedia, :) ) When it came time to make the purchase he also very patiently explained everything to the young trainee as well. We actually spent the day together to bring this deal all together, but it was so worth it. I love the car! And He followed up a few days later. Very positive experience. Would totally recommend it! More

This was undoubtedly the easiest, best experience I have ever had buying a car. The service was absolutely incredible. I went in just to see what was available, not expecting to leave with a new vehicle. There was no wait before an employee stepped up to help. We discussed what I was looking for in my next vehicle. I really felt like they were trying to match me with the right car. I test drove one car and we discussed what I liked and didn't like about the car. I ended up finding a car I really enjoyed. They helped facilitate getting my old car to the dealership and trading it in towards the new vehicle in a manner that felt like they were going above and beyond. It didn't feel like a sales tactic; rather, it seemed like they were just trying to help. After that, I felt like I blinked and suddenly I had bought a new car. The process was smooth and simple. Everything was explained clearly. I didn't feel duped, lied to, or taken advantage of at any point during or after the transaction. I left very happy with my new car. Over the following few days, I received calls and emails just checking it and letting me know that the staff was available to help. Seriously fantastic customer service throughout the entire process.
