Catalina was so courteous, professional, and such a sweetheart! I was not planning to purchase a vehicle at all but made it happen with only one phone call and less than a 2 hour wait upon my arrival t sweetheart! Finance and sales management team was also expedient despite having to make adjustments to the vehicle financing. This is my fourth Purchase from Westside Lexus and your team has never let me down.
