I was in the market for a new Toyota 4Runner limited. after dealing with dealers in my local area of San Jose, CA, I was beginning to get frustrated. I contacted Ainsworth by email, and he was able to meet my expected trade in value, and get me the price on the 4Runner I wanted to drive it off the lot the same day. A 60 mile drive later, I was in and out of the dealer within an hour, and treated with respect and great customer service while I was in the dealer. I expect to take the 60 mile drive just to continue doing my services with the dealer because of the great experience. In addition, I will be sending friends and family over to these guys for all their Toyota needs. I'm by no means a brand loyalty guy, but the experience was so good, I just see no point in going anywhere else. More

She provided outstanding customer service throughout the buying process and ALWAYS kept me up-to-date on the status and followed through on everything she said she would do. On top of it she is a real person - warm, concerned, and thoughtful. She also referred us to a GREAT local restaurant. BUY A CAR FROM CHRISTINE!!!! A startling difference with Toyota Marin where they gave me the best deal and treatment. I'm more than satisfied! More

This was my first time buying a car and I was completely unprepared for how long it takes with all the paper work, financing, learning out to drive a hybrid, signing stuff, it's a whole process and I was grateful to have something to eat, silly me didn't eat anything that day lol.
