The staff with whom I interacted were patient, straightforward, and professional. Doreen Tan, Direct Sales Manager, was a pleasure to work with. She paitently answered all my questions and made sure to find for me the answers to the questions she didn't have. She did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle, and when I decided to do so, she kept me informed of where I was in the purchase process. The price negotiation was simple and straightforward. I spoke with Jay (last name?) and asked him to match a price from another dealership, which he did without hassle. Casey Lott, Direct Sales Manager, also assisted with answering questions and preparing the vehicle for delivery. Casey was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Cathie Badger, Business Manager, was efficient in explaining the paperwork that I needed to complete, and she patiently answered all my questions. After I realized that I had brought the wrong checkbook, Cathie allowed me to leave with the vehicle to return home to get my other checkbook. I appreciate very much the service that the Toyota Marin staff provided me. They were all professional and respectful. Perhaps one area of improvement would be to shorten somehow the time to complete the entire purchase (test drive, negotiation, paperwork). From the time I entered the dealership to when I left with my vehicle, I had spent about 4 hours at the dealership. However, that may have been an unusually busy time as it was the last day of a manufacturer promotion. More

Great buying experience As a woman I wanted to just shop at different dealerships to find one I wanted to deal with. My two previous experiences were negative in that I found the sales person very pushy and aggressive toward me. The second I found the person very dismissive as though I wasn't a serious buyer. I went home and went online to direct sales and received a call from Ren Briones only to find he was at the closest dealership to my home. I went down that day and bought my Toyota Highlander. It was a very pleasant experience-no pressure and I thought Ren was very upfront and honest. After I signed papers, Ren followed me out to my home so my husband, who was recuperating from surgery, could also sign When the exact car that I wanted was delivered, Ren spent two hours with me to show me the operation of all of the gadgets.....and it was his day off!!! Now that is service. I also went back to get help with entune, and again Ren spent over 45minutes to get me connected .I felt like my problems really mattered to him. I love my Highlander and I have found a helpful friend in Ren. Claudia G. More

All of this was done without any underlying pressure which would have resulted in me taking my "car looking" north on 101. He is a true professional who helped me to feel like I had a very smart friend along to help me through this process. After my decision and selection, John stayed with me, I believe, until he was certain that I made a personal connection with each of the other members of the team. Next I met with Ainsworth Leslie who seemed to respect the loss I felt by letting go of my beautiful but aging Acura. Cathie Badger covered the financial aspects. Dan Wright stepped in to help me with some special finishing touches I requested. He was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress which extended over several days. Teresa Taylor had me set up in a rental in no time and had me on my way. I love doing business with people who so obviously love doing what they are doing. More

I was given printouts of four different financing options and could have gotten as many as I wanted. After looking a another car model, I notified Terry that I wanted the car we discussed and set a time to come finish the deal. Two hours later I left the dealership with my car and completed deal. Christine was friendly and genuine. It was a pleasure to work with her and she made sure everything was taken care of. She has great follow through and follow up. My situation was complicated with a trade-i work with her and she made sure everything was taken care of. She has great follow through and follow up. My situation was complicated with a trade-in that needed repair, a sunday visit to the dealer in a rental car. They made it easy for me to buy the car, return the rental, and make arrangements to take the trade the next day saving me time and miles. Even after the trade in had been towed to the dealer the next day, Christine made an extra effort to retrieve an CD from the car and return it to me. They really helped. More

I am a sole proprietor, first time new car buyer, looking for value in a mid-sized sedan for business and personal use, Emad Burjaq in sales introduced a new 2012 Camry hybrid LE, his sales manger Ainsworth Leslie patiently explained leasing, economic investment of premium for hybrid gas savings and higher residual at lease end, my friend and business partner who'd leased several cars reviewed all, after a small deposit returned the next day with old Jaguar trade-in, Tyler Toler drove the car with me along to answer questions, I received a fair trade-in offer compared with those of other dealers and Edmunds research, signed the lease agreement with business manager Kathy Badger, who in great detail went over numbers, payment, insurance, options and my many questions. This is a big investment for me, Emad, Ainsworth, Tyler and Kathy all extremely professional, up front disclosure of bumper damage to the car on the lot, printed all detail and records for the work done, for my files and for when I either return the car and the end of the term, or decide to purchase. I returned the following day for hour discussion about the car, driving and ownership recommendations with Dan Wight in Service, will return later for paint and upholstery protection option. Emad called two days later, for any questions or concerns I might have. I called the business office a day after, for further questions on lease vs purchase. Mileage as described so far, driven less than 1,000 miles and over 40 MPG mostly freeway, better than mid 30's MPG 2013 non-hybrid Sonata rented for round trip to San Diego, both from trip odometers. All staff OUTSTANDING with details, facts, response, accessibility, patience. Not once did I feel pressured, got an offer I couldn't refuse! My thanks to all! More
