My original post: Not thrilled with this purchase experience. Am working with the dealer to rectify some issues. TBD my final response. 6/7/23 - UPDATE: The Dealership went through significant TIME and EXPENSE to correct a sizable error made by the Salesperson. Not understanding my needs and wants, despite ordering a car more than a half-year in advance, I was told a car very similar to my order had come in. On the coldest day of the year, without getting to see the car, or options package, he put me in what I can only call the wrong version of the Rav4 Prime. As I stated, the Dealership and Sales Management team was extremely upset and concerned about my happiness as a customer, and did everything in their power to correct as many missing options as possible. Mistakes happen. They don't often cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to fix. In this case, it did and I appreciate the management team's efforts. I was told that they would do some re-training of the Salesman to help him how better to know his customers, their needs and wants, and not to be as condescending. Thank you Liam and Kelly! More

Once again, Cathy Hutt demonstrated what exceptional Customer Service looks like! We were very concerned that our front right tire may have been damaged while driving in the recent snowstorm — she imme Customer Service looks like! We were very concerned that our front right tire may have been damaged while driving in the recent snowstorm — she immediately understood our concern and scheduled a maintenance visit to fit our very tight schedule — fortunately, there was no damage — and we were very relieved! Rivera has an uncommonly highly qualified Service Manager in Cathy, and excellent mechanics to back up the Rivera commitment for service & quality! Thank you!! More

I was happy they were able to get my starter replaced quickly without any hassle but half of the reason I take my vehicles to certified dealerships is because they usually go the extra mile. I asked that quickly without any hassle but half of the reason I take my vehicles to certified dealerships is because they usually go the extra mile. I asked that the oil change sticker be checked and it wasn’t. I was actually 500 miles over so I will need to go back in for service immediately.. frustrating. I also received my vehicle back with all the tires at a very low pressure, visibly obvious. More
