Great Deal and Great Sales Team I met with Caitlin Osborne and Shannon Smith in reference to leasing vs. purchasing a new Sorento. They were very knowledgeable, professional and wor I met with Caitlin Osborne and Shannon Smith in reference to leasing vs. purchasing a new Sorento. They were very knowledgeable, professional and worked my Sorento lease/purchase several ways to find the best deal for me. Caitlin took the time to discuss the differences with me while Shannon was running different financial scenarios. Purchased New KIA Optima - Good Experience A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. I liked the Optima best. Also went to other KIA dealers and other brands dealers. Caitlin was the most consistent with following up. I narrowed down to my favorite car. I negotiated the final price over the phone and email. I feel i got as good a deal as i could have gotten. I'm happy!! More

I thought Caitlin was the best salesperson I've found in a car dealership in a long time. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. All of that comes across in her phone technique as well as in person. When I f a car dealership in a long time. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. All of that comes across in her phone technique as well as in person. When I first called we were able to quickly get to the point and she put together a great offer. When we took delivery she explained all the bells and whistles. That we drove in from Bethany Beach to deal with Martins's and Caitlin says it all. We'll talk to her again next time we need a car, even if we have to track her down. Great job, Caitlin! More
