I'm not confident my tires are rotated because I let them know to look at my slow leak in the front passenger side tire and it still seems to have a very slow leak. I went for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment, but the alignment was done wrong and I had to go back. I bought a hose and asked the mechanic to confirm if it would work, and he said yes, but they but the alignment was done wrong and I had to go back. Reached out for 3 weeks to receive copies of my vehicle service history and got an answering service insisting nobody at the actual dealership could answer my call. I was told a supervisor would call me ba service history and got an answering service insisting nobody at the actual dealership could answer my call. I was told a supervisor would call me back and never did. I set up an oil change appointment to retrieve this info since it's the only way to get someone to speak to you. My appointment was for 8am and upon arrival they told me to wait in line and that the appointment time is for when to arrive and not when your service will start. They do not offer courtesy vehicles or rentals but said my car might not be done for 10 hours (something that should take an hour max). Quite frankly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. My lease is up in May 2026 and I will not be purchasing the car or leasing another vehicle with jeep given how difficult this is to deal with. More
