Best Vehicle Purchase experience I have ever had thanks to Brandon Newman. Ordered my 2022 F450 and he kept me up to date on every step of the build all the way to delivery. He called me the minute the tru to Brandon Newman. Ordered my 2022 F450 and he kept me up to date on every step of the build all the way to delivery. He called me the minute the truck arrived in Lenoir City and hadn't even got off the truck yet. This is 2022 and even with all the chip shortages and factory delays out of everyone's control I got my truck in 90 days much earlier than expected. I have spoken with numerous other people working with other dealerships that have told me they ordered a car/truck over six months ago and still haven't heard anything. I have told all of them they should go see Newman. Great people create great experiences, and therefore create a significant return in business. Lenoir City Ford SALES Dept's Cecil Ball helped me find the new '21 Explorer that I needed and supported resolving a warranty issue. EXCELLENT customer support even after purchase. Can't say the same for the new '21 Explorer that I needed and supported resolving a warranty issue. EXCELLENT customer support even after purchase. Can't say the same for their SERVICE. 60-75 day service backlog is ridiculous. Oil changes and tire rotations can be done anywhere. A dealership service should be more timely for repairs. After 3 attempts in a month to get in the LCF shop, I had to go to Ted Russell Ford 2 days later to find out that the vehicle a/c had never been charged with freon at the factory; they repaired it in 2 hrs. Now it's a great vehicle. More

The salesmen are the worst as well as they were trying to send my husband home to try out a car over this past weekend with so many issues plus knowing we were not approved for a loan on that car. I've never had good service with this place and the only reason I went back this time is because of a warranty issue and a recall. Had I known before dropping my car off that I could go to any ford dealership, I would have went to Knoxville for service. There is always an excuse for their bad service and everything. I'll be glad when I get my car back and I can tell this place to kiss my tail! More
