A truly honorable dealership How often does one expect to walk into a dealership and be treated fairly and with respect versus the exact opposite? This review is not about the ca How often does one expect to walk into a dealership and be treated fairly and with respect versus the exact opposite? This review is not about the car I bought but about being treated with honor and respect. After a few weeks of looking for a used car for our college student our very last stop and thought was to go to Lenoir City Ford but that is what we did. We met Cecil Ball who truly listened to our needs and concerns and after some effort we purchased a used car that was in good shape and a good price. But the more impactful story is the fact that a day after we purchased the car a small issue was discovered. I called Cecil who immediately arranged for us to bring it in and be serviced. It turned out that although the problem was minor and somewhat superfluous it was costly to repair. But that is exactly what Glenn the General Manager authorized to be done! I don’t think you could find a better dealership to work with. From walking in the door and being greeted by Karen, to being treated well by an honest salesman like Cecil to resolving issues if any with a General Manager like Glenn, it doesn’t get better than this. Thank you Lenoir City Ford! More

Mackenzie made sure that every detail was handled efficiently, and worked tirelessly to handle every detail. Not to mention the fact that he was so courteous and sweet, it would be impossible to want to work with any other dealership after working with him. Cecil was extremely knowledgeable and went over every feature of the truck, and never rushed. Very thorough..... And last but not least, Amaaad completed our purchase, and made us feel like we were the only customer in the showroom, and like he had known us for years. Top knotch!!!! This is the kind of customer service that keeps customers coming back again and again. Buying here was not only a good decision, but a great experience. Love, love, love these guys!!!!! Ben Reel in the Service Department is an outstanding service "advisor" who never tries to over-sell someone (like some other dealerships have done), but explains exactly only what is needed. These two men make a BIG difference for a Ford dealership well worth purchasing and service any vehicle from. More

Finally, a deal too good to refuse.
