She gained experience in customer service while working in college and was a self employed web designer/developer. She feels that with Ford’s broad range of vehicles and options matched with the extensive safety features, there’s something for everyone. Celeste enjoys painting, playing music, and spending time with her three children.

The folks who work with the contracts, the General Manager, and the service team, who did an oil change for us, have all been excellent. If you're looking for a new drive I'd say this is a great place to go!! Ask for Dave. More

Great experience! Celeste was awesome! I have worked with a lot of car salespeople but Celeste stands above the group! She had a no pressure attitude that allowed me to make the right decis I have worked with a lot of car salespeople but Celeste stands above the group! She had a no pressure attitude that allowed me to make the right decision for me and my family. What stood out for me above all was her thorough way of finding out exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Before we even looked and test drove the vehicle she made sure it had all of the features that I couldn't live without and the ones I didn't need to have. She truly listened to what I had to say and asked all the right questions to get to where we needed to be. Go see Celeste I guarantee you won't be disappointed! More

I was so happy with how nice and helpful she was with the whole process and even staying as late as 9pm to get me into my car and take a picture for me! painless not pressured to do anything. i came away getting pretty much what i has asked for.(that's HUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!) I had an incident in the parking lot whe not pressured to do anything. i came away getting pretty much what i has asked for.(that's HUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!) I had an incident in the parking lot where i caused some damage to a new car that was not sold yet. 1000% my fault. Larry said not to worry about it, you're a customer. They could have had me on this and declined that opportunity. You can bet that is going a long way with me. My last 8 new cars were fords, but only 3 bought at Heritage. That will change.... I've never been treated as well at a dealer as I have this go around. Thanks also to abby, who stayed to like 9:45pm to finish the paperwork and in no way seemed like she was rushing us. overall, a pleasantly painless purchase. I'm also positive gary in service will do whatever he can if i need service... been working with gary for maybe 30 years.... great employee More
