I had the pleasure of meeting and having as my sales representative, Ricardo last December 2024 where Ricardo helped me and my partner with the process of our new vehicle. We got a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid Wood representative, Ricardo last December 2024 where Ricardo helped me and my partner with the process of our new vehicle. We got a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition and honestly we fell in love with our truck even though they didn't have it in stock, it was ordered and it arrived earlier than expected. Best Christmas gift for me and my wife! Communication with Ricardo was 10/10 and the fact that he was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable but more importantly he was very honest. He walked us through the whole process and explained everything in detailed. Cesar, financial rep, was also very great in his position. He is kind and also explained everything very well!! Like I have mentioned that was my first experienced, last week we went again in search of a used vehicle and we found a 2015 Prius, &&Ricardo once again helped us and did an amazing job helping us get the best BESTT deal with Cesar wrapping up everything. Me and my wife walked out extremely happy with both of their help! Now own two Toyota vehicles. Compared to other Toyota locations, Oaklawn location staff overall are just honest. They don't try to add additional fees. Highly recommended Oaklawn location ! More
