Cesar was very knowledgeable about the 2 different cars as well as all of the differences between the trim levels and accessories. I would definitely buy another car from him again in the future. We also appreciated the owner Bob who took the time to stop by and introduce himself to us while we early in the sales process and at the end when he popped his head in the door to say thank you to us for our purchase. I had already been observing him (unbeknown to us at the time he was the owner) as he interacted with everyone from the porters to the sales team. He's a class act all the way and you can see and experience the way he cares for his employees and how that same level of care is then transferred to their customers. Even though there are Honda dealerships closer to us we don't mind traveling the extra miles to go to Valley Honda to be treated fairly and valued for our business. More

They sent me over everything I needed to get the process started and told me my car would be ready the next day. We came in and could not believe how beautiful Valley Honda's facility is. Our salesman Cesar Salinas greeted us right away and brought us into a separate bay area just for cars that are leaving that day. He showed us all the features of our car and offered to have us take it for a spin. All the paperwork was explained thoroughly and seamlessly. Cesar was friendly, very knowledgable and extremely detail oriented. We were in and out in under 2 hours. My father and husband are both in the car business so naturally we had our expectations and Valley Honda exceeded all of them. Valley Honda is 24 miles from my home and I WILL absolutely travel there for all my service needs just because of the impeccable service I received.
