I took my BMW X1 in for service And Cesar takes exceptional care of us all the time. He truly is a representation of excellence in your service department. Getting an oldie back on the road Brought my 2003 325Ci in for cooling system repairs o I could get it back on the road reliably. They replaced the cooling system expansion tank at a Brought my 2003 325Ci in for cooling system repairs o I could get it back on the road reliably. They replaced the cooling system expansion tank at a reasonable price and in just a couple of hours. I have brought this car in for 15 years and they have always been good to work with, honest and fair. I would recommend Ferman without hesitation. More

First Class Service with Cesar Cesar in the service department is professional by definition. He has an excellent personality and will work hard to help get your issues resolved. Jared in Finance saved my deal on getting a new 7 series with the lot. The first few experiences I had were sub-par and not up to the BMW standard I expected but Jared was able to bring me around and get me settled into the right car with the right setup. Great job team. More
