The car buying experience was great and the sales and finance group was great. Experienced issues with the BMW app not working properly and requiring numerous exchanges and calls to correct. Also had to finance group was great. Experienced issues with the BMW app not working properly and requiring numerous exchanges and calls to correct. Also had to replace the license plate holder that was installed because it was stripped out and someone put screw marks in the paint job while mounting the license plate on the brand new 2022 M5 Comp that cost $124K. Had to spend $82 to replace and touch up the paint myself, but it’s fine now. More
