I recently purchased my third Lexus, and this is the second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. Overall, I enjoyed working with the dealership, and my sales associate, Scott, provided exc second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. Overall, I enjoyed working with the dealership, and my sales associate, Scott, provided excellent service. He demonstrated great patience throughout the negotiation process, which I truly appreciated. However, I had a significantly negative interaction with the sales manager, Anthony Barano (approximate spelling). I felt disrespected by his communication style and demeanor. His conduct fell well below the standard of customer service I expect from a Lexus dealership and, frankly, represented an embarrassment to your brand. While I remain a loyal Lexus customer, this experience with Mr. Barano has led me to seriously consider purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership. I strongly recommend that the dealership provide remedial customer service training for this individual to prevent similar issues in the future. More
