Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect of purchasing a Lexus. The showroom was very comfortable and clean with plenty of seating options. He made himself available to me at every twist and turn of this process. Randy came highly recommended by several friends and he did not disappoint. The whole experience was great. Deltom was very professional and easy to deal with. His knowledge of the car was outstanding. He also gave us great advice on how to handle sale of our trade in cars professional and easy to deal with. His knowledge of the car was outstanding. He also gave us great advice on how to handle sale of our trade in cars and return of license plate etc. We were particularly impressed with the features and services that came with a certified used car. We have only driven the SX350 for 2 days but we love the ride and handling. The finance manage with Greek last name was excellent (if was way to rate him, he gets a 5). Also, finance/buyer person who worked with Deltom, Ellen Foster???) was also outstanding. Finally, Gary made us aware of overall services available from Lexus as owners. We purchased extended warranty and service plans, so everything is covered for the life of our loan to purchase. Great!! More
