I was a previous Lexus owner and can honestly say that after my experience at Carlton, I'll never recommend another luxury dealership other than them! One may assume that a Mercedes dealership has an air of pretension... Absolutely not the case here! From the minute I walked in I felt welcome and everyone was attentive and helpful. Chad was professional and upfront throughout the entire process and I came out feeling that I was treated very fairly on my trade and purchase.. More
