No greeting Walked around the lot 10 mins or so. Went inside there were 3 salesmen standing around as well as someone sitting at the front desk and yet nobody gre Walked around the lot 10 mins or so. Went inside there were 3 salesmen standing around as well as someone sitting at the front desk and yet nobody greeted us. Walked around the showroom and still nobody even said hello. So just as we were about to leave a salesman that was just coming back from lunch (Chad) seen us spoke greeted us with a smile and firm handshake. At this point I was really over it but my other half said wait let's give them a chance to make up for it. Once the other salesmen realized we were serious about a purchase the whole vibe changed. They "the other salesmen" were offering us something drink and snacks. I let them know that the 1st impression is the most important and that I wasn't impressed at all. Of course we got a ton of apologies but for me it was too little too late I was over everyone there except for our salesman (Chad). So when and if you visit Carlton's in Greenville SC ask for Chad he'll treat you well. 3 stars because of 1st impression. Chad 5+ stars. Thanks More

Trading vehicles. Was able to provide most of the information needed for the trade before visiting dealership. Chad is a salesman. Trade day came and things went by smoothly. I have traded cars in other dealerships and it took many hours to complete the deal. This deal was much shorter in time. All the support staff at Carlton's were very easy to work with. More
