I've been to T-Town Chevrolet a few times during my car buying process. Everyone was always helpful, friendly and patient. When I decided to buy Jacob got the process started. He answered all my questions buying process. Everyone was always helpful, friendly and patient. When I decided to buy Jacob got the process started. He answered all my questions and was honest when he didn't know the answer but made it a point to ask someone. Chad was the finance person, he explained the entire process. I also met with Farouq (not if I'm spelling his name right, but he had beautiful body art) one of the sales managers, they all helped make the process smooth and easy for me. More

The finance team, especially HAL SMITH while initially appearing to have your best interests at heart, will not o Avoid this dealership at all costs. The finance team, especially HAL SMITH while initially appearing to have your best interests at heart, will not only mislead you about key details but also make unauthorized changes, such as switching lenders without any prior notification. When attempts are made to address these discrepancies, their response was dismiss, gaslight and deny any wrongdoing. Based on these practices, I strongly advice against doing business with this establishment. More
