The sales area was good. A little stingy with my trade-in, but we eventually came to an agreement. The delivery area was OK, but not great. The presentation was a little ch A little stingy with my trade-in, but we eventually came to an agreement. The delivery area was OK, but not great. The presentation was a little chaotic. I think the coordinator knew his stuff, but the presentation could use some work. I had a tonneau cover installed and it was done incorrectly. I had to return a week later and get it fixed. I was told the normal installer was on vacation the week I bought the truck. I'm still not sure if it's correct. The parts area had very limited accessories for the truck. No bed mat, no running boards. I found 2 scratches on the truck the day I agreed to buy it. I was told they would be fixed when I picked up the truck...didn't happen. Still waiting for a call to get them fixed. All in all it was a good experience, but not a great one. More
