New Car As a loyal Toyota customer, I was a little dismayed with the difficulty I had in getting a salesman to assist me. As I had been to the showroom twice As a loyal Toyota customer, I was a little dismayed with the difficulty I had in getting a salesman to assist me. As I had been to the showroom twice while my oil changes were being done and not once did anyone approach me with even a greeting. Many believe it was because I was alone female? I did however send a general email and received a reply that led to bringing my husband out to work with a saleman, as we were serious car buyers. We were pleased with our saleman and did drive away with a new vehicle. I am looking forward to many years with this dealership as I only allow Toyota service departments do anything to my vehicles. We hope to attend the new car reception in Nov. I'm happy this all worked out.
