as soon as my daughter and i arrived at the dealership ,we were greeted with a firm hndshake and eye contact. there were two dealers standing outside and we were waiting to see which one would be our host ,we were greeted with a firm hndshake and eye contact. there were two dealers standing outside and we were waiting to see which one would be our host. we normally work with luis but greggs genuine acceptance of our solicitation was what won us over. throughout the whole process , he knew what we were looking for and where we wanted to stay payment wise. no haggling or using salesmen tactics for us to budge. chad didnt try to offer us under coatings or insurances we didnt need. awesome job. i definately will be back. More

I loved my last RAV4 that was totaled and had a short window to replace it. I could not find a replacement in Fort Collins and texted other dealerships. There was a blue one listed on your website and I texted the dealership about it Sunday and made an appointment to see it Monday morning. When I arrived Monday morning, that car had been sold to another dealership and was not available. It felt deceptive. There was a silver hybrid on the lot that I purchased. During financing, I had 25,000 coming from the insurance settlement. The payments were set up through Bank of America at just under $800 a month. I made it clear I could not afford that payment but as I understood how it was explained, the 25,000 would cover the first few years of payments so I had time to find other arrangements. That was not true. The 25,000 counted for the first payment and the bank wants their $757 next week. It feels like the dealership wasn't totally honest which is now really putting me in a bind. While I was there everyone was friendly and I thought helpful, just not so sure now. Also have a question about why I got an email from your dealership about getting a carfax report on the new car I purchased??? More
