If I had to choose one word to describe the business, it's integrity, and they count on their buyers/seller to be the same. That leads to high quality inventory. Some other thoughts I have are how smooth the transaction went. My first conversation with Bob was on a recent Sunday afternoon. Buy the following Tuesday the money was in my bank account. The following Sunday, the car was picked up. One week was all it took. And throughout that week Bob and Chad were both kind, respectful. Communication was very good, which is something they concentrate on.
