I noticed they had a BMW X2 , this is going to be my first SUV, and it had all the features I was looking for and very low mileage. I’m always very comfortable when I walk I to there beautiful showroom. This time I was very impressed with there huge inventory of beautiful corvettes. All of them were beautiful and unique in there own way, and I hope my next car will be one of those. This time my choice was this great SUV X2 that I purchased and am extremely happy with. Bob and Chad go overboard and have provided me with great service even beyond my expectations. The main reason I go back to Auto Direct all the time is because they are not the typical car dealership, they are a family business that understands great customer service. These guys are zero nonsense. I had my financing approved in 10 minutes. I knew what I wanted and that`s what I got. Within 1 hour they had my paperwork complete and I was off to drive my 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE into the Thanksgiving Holiday. Its a one owner with no accidents, dealer maintained, and has only 38000 miles. I even was offered a warranty which I purchased that was included in the financing. I feel totally confident with the purchase and will be doing business with them in the future. I now have a place to take my vehicle for repairs and details as well when I need them. Bob and Chad where a pleasure to work with. I too have a family owned business' and that made the experience that much more enjoyable knowing the owner was directly involved with the transaction.
