Excellent service Purchased a CL in 2003 and a TSX in 2010. The CL has 130K miles and the TSX has 61K. Friendly, professional service , with repairs done right. They Rallye around you I have been a customer of Rallye for over a decade and just leased my 4th Acura with them. This is a testament to the high caliber of service, quality and respect that you receive. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting (the bagels and coffee are an added treat :-). I have yet to have an experience in the 10+ years that was less than ideal. In fact, with the most recent blizzard, my new lease delivery needed to be pushed up a day - Chris P came in several hours earlier than his shift to accommodate me. Go experience for yourself. More

Work was completed with in a minimal time. Arrived for routine scheduled maintenance on my RDX. Service agent Chad later advised me of two other potential problems that should be addressed. Above and beyond This is my third or fourth service call at this dealership and the professionalism and respect that I am always met with is above and beyond what I ha This is my third or fourth service call at this dealership and the professionalism and respect that I am always met with is above and beyond what I have had at other places. Chad is especially nice but more than that, he knows whats going on with my car, he is familiar with the model and what services it needs and he always greets me with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I am usually not a person who likes to use dealerships for repairs because I always believed that you get more personal treatment at a small repair shop. At Rallye I get small shop treatment with a large experienced dealerships capabilities. I had a Rallye BMW at one point and though they were also better than most other dealerships, Acura beats them hands down. More

He is courteous, caring and honest and that's exactly what you need. Chad really takes the time to put you at ease and make you feel like part of the Rallye family. I have full confidence in Rallye Acura to handle all of my needs and that's because of the service and sincerity I have received from Chad. Sincere Service Purchasing an Acura was an easy decision, but service after the purchase is what keeps a customer. I've owned various new cars, including Jaguar & Cad Purchasing an Acura was an easy decision, but service after the purchase is what keeps a customer. I've owned various new cars, including Jaguar & Cadillac, I have never had a better service experience than at Rallye Acura, and it is all due to Mr. Chad Tammaro. Chad has assisted myself & my son with our cars in the past and I would always contact him if we needed service. I was in for service recently and as always was treated like I was part of the family. Chad was professional, courteous, sincere and followed up as he said he would, in a timely fashion. I work in the hospitality industry and know how valuable customer service is, it was when I saw him assisting other customers in the same manner as he treated me that I realized how fortunate Rallye Acura is to have such a capable person as part of their team. Complaints are so common, but praise is not. Please know that for my family Chad's efforts are the reason why we bring our cars to Rallye Acura. More
