Will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle! I knew what I was looking for weeks before I decided to go ahead and go into a dealership. I started out at one and of course they had what I wanted b I knew what I was looking for weeks before I decided to go ahead and go into a dealership. I started out at one and of course they had what I wanted but they had one with all the bells and whistles but the price was out of my range and there was things I could live without. So without hesitation I called Mike Willis and spoke With Chan, he said I have what you want and here is what our price is. I immediately left and took the extra 10 min drive over the bridge thru construction and there sat my new new baby 2019 Ford Explore Sport 4wd. She had everything I wanted and needed and the price was right. Chan and the finance team took care of us and got everything right where we needed it to be and I couldn’t be a happier girl. Chan also got to know you as a person not just a sale makes sure that if there is anything you need or if anything come up about your vehicle you call him personally and he will take care of you. No hassle. Great service after the sale. I saw the car I wanted on line. Called ahead to make sure it was there. Met the salesman (Chan Mayard). Signed the papers less than an hour later. I got a great deal, but the best part was the service after the sale. When I picked up the car, I noticed the driver's seat was not moving properly. I went ahead and took the car with the understanding the seat would be repaired once the part was received. I'm not usually that trusting, but I took them at their word. 2 weeks later, the part was in, the car repaired and there was no charge to me. I would do business with this dealership again. More
