So to start this review I honestly don’t trust many people especially at a car dealership. And I have been to many dealerships over the past months and well, this dealership proved me wrong. I can’t people especially at a car dealership. And I have been to many dealerships over the past months and well, this dealership proved me wrong. I can’t begin to tell you what a great experience we had. We went there to look for a new vehicle we had seen online. I didn’t like it. Then we met Jonathon Ailers (the new to Toyota salesman) who listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Talk about an honest man with character and integrity. We found that in Jonathon. He was no pressure and really wanted to help us find the vehicle that was right for me. I didn’t think I would buy today but my husband and Jonathon found a 2021 Tacoma for me we liked. Jonathon allowed us to drive the vehicle alone and gave us time to really think about our purchase. The manager Shawn was great, as was the finance gentleman, Chandler. I also want to thank the man who detailed this truck for me. This truck looked brand new. What a great job! In my practice I treated people like my own family. This dealership did the same for me.
