Pleasant with no hassles I had planned on buying a competitors truck for a few years. While having our Grand Cherokee serviced my wife and I ran into Charles who had sold us I had planned on buying a competitors truck for a few years. While having our Grand Cherokee serviced my wife and I ran into Charles who had sold us the Grand Cherokee 10 years ago at another dealership. Without any pressure from Charles we looked at the Ram. After several trips back and forth comparing he was very patient and without any pressure we bought the Ram. The quality of the vehicle is in our opinion is much better. The service that we have received here over the past several years has been excellent. We are very satisfied. More
