Chandra and Gregg were extremely helpful and friendly! ! Found the car online and within 2 hours was at the dealership for my appointment and drove off the lot a little bit later in my dream car! My mom was looking to buy a new car and my husband and I were there to help her. Prior to arriving to Heritage Honda, we received two greeting phone calls to confirm appt and welcome us. When we arrived, Ch were there to help her. Prior to arriving to Heritage Honda, we received two greeting phone calls to confirm appt and welcome us. When we arrived, Chandra greeted and welcomed us. She was nothing but excellent and made the car buying process pleasant. A true professional and her natural ability to connect with others made it feel like we had known her for years. She was very patient in explaining every step/detail to my mom (81 yrs old). Watching her interact with my mom was very comforting. Thank you Chandra!! More

We purchased a CR-V back in March. Chandra is wonderful, and we love the vehicle, but everything else has been miserable. We are now 98 days past when we purchased the vehicle, on our Chandra is wonderful, and we love the vehicle, but everything else has been miserable. We are now 98 days past when we purchased the vehicle, on our third temporary registration, and we still don't have the registration completed. We were advised on June 5th all the paperwork was fixed and everything had been submitted to the tax and title company. One would think you would not sell a vehicle that has title issues to begin with. You would also think the title company you use might be motivated to complete this given they're significantly over the date, but no dice. Multiple emails and calls for updates (June 16th & 20th) now go unanswered unless one of us show up in person. I'm completely over this experience. Needless to say, we cannot in good faith recommend, nor will we use this dealership ever again. More

My wife (ES Teacher) and I arrived to the dealership significantly late after a workday. Chandra had the EX-L Pilot ready and rearing to go on our test drive. This was an amazing pre-owned and loaded SU significantly late after a workday. Chandra had the EX-L Pilot ready and rearing to go on our test drive. This was an amazing pre-owned and loaded SUV that almost met my wife's wants; this auto was blue but her minimum requirements are Black on Black with a panoramic moon roof, roof rails and running boards. My attempts to sway her to this auto at an amazing price wasn't successful, but we both agreed we were treated great at the dealership. As a matter of fact, we ended up talking with Robert and Chandra for a while before making our 45 minute trek back to Glen Burnie. If I was buying for me we probably would have been going home with that Pilot, but at the end of the day this was for my wife who is stubbornly Team Traverse, so we didn't consummate the deal. More
