My i Ww infrequently buy new cars, but have had some negative experiences when doing so. This was not the case in dealing with Toyota of Gladstone. My initial contact was by phone, as a part of a Consumer Reports buying service contact. I was offered a car that fit the description, I asked for an out-the-door price (taxes/fees/etc) and was promptly given this in writing, by email. We were assured that the car was there at the dealership and available, and indeed it was--which also sometimes is not the case with other dealers, unfortunately. We we treated in a courteous manner, with patience and expertise, and we ended up buying the car for the price they stated on the phone, with minimal attempts to get us to buy add-ons. I recommend them to anyone buying a new Toyota. More

Gather information. Extremely helpful, arranged all the demos etc. Very easy to work with. We returned in October to buy our chosen automobile, made an appointment with Gabe. During time between April and October he kept in contact with inventory and other info as we requested. I'd definitely buy from him again. Jason McCoy - Service. Very helpful with questions concerning service and warranties. Charity Graff and Kyle Belles - Setting up our online account and infotainment system. Couldn't have done it without them. Rodolfo Nuno - Finance. Setting up a custom service contract that was more inline with our driving style. Plus getting us closed and into our new Toyota quickly. I also talked to a gentleman in Parts. I can't say enough good things about these people. We are very happy with our new RAV4 Hybrid. The last question concerning Facebook, I don't use It, but if I did I would recommend them there too. More

I was worried that when I got to the dealership they would try to sneak in some charges or haggle on the price, but there was none of that hassle! I reached out to Jane Nakazwe who with the help of her sales Manager Charity Graff, had me the EXACT Tacoma I was looking for secured within 1 hour and in rout, checked and detailed the very next day. They even facilitated my Lyft to them! This team was beyond friendly, accommodating and comfortable to be with and even managed to make my 7yo daughter enjoy the experience! They worked with me on price and secured me ½ the APR that my bank offered. I would give them more than 5 stars if able. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Our experience with Toyota of Gladstone was flawless from my initial online request from the Costco Car Buying program through our purchase of a Highl Our experience with Toyota of Gladstone was flawless from my initial online request from the Costco Car Buying program through our purchase of a Highlander XLE. Within a minute of submitting my request, Jenna Saar, online sales rep, called me and set an appointment for me to meet her at the dealership. She spent time with me on the phone finding out exactly what we wanted to buy. When we arrived at the dealership, Jenna was on the phone, so she sent someone out to the parking lot to welcome my husband and me. That person showed us into the showroom and made sure we were comfortable. Jenna joined us within a few minutes. Before we arrived, she had driven 2 appropriate Highlanders for us to drive. We then went for a test drive and loved the Highlander. Jenna walked us around the lot to see their stock and to choose the color we wanted. We told Jenna we had an appointment later that day to test drive a Subaru Ascent before making a decision. She was supportive of our process and wished is luck. After test driving an Ascent, we were absolutely sure we wanted the Highlander. We called Jenna and told her so. She said we could drive our Highlander home that same day! We returned to the dealership to complete the process. While we were waiting for the credit check, Jenna introduced us to the Assistant Sales Manager, John Hill, who took the time to visit with us. He really made us feel welcome. We then met with Rudolfo Nuno, Finance Manager, who completed our paperwork and answered our financial questions. Jenna took the time to show us the features of our new vehicle and set up some of the settings. Finally, as we were leaving, Jenna's supervisor, Charity Graff, Internet Sales Manager, checked with us to be sure all our questions had been answered. We highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone and, particularly, Jenna Saar. More
