So Scott McPherson hooked us up with some killer upgrades to make my ride fierce. He was great about explaining all the details, weighing the pros and cons of different financial options and genuine about making sure we got the best deal. The financial paperwork was painless. Dolf was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommended Scott and his team to make sure you get the sickest deal out there. More

Kenny Khzam, Charity Graff and the other sales personnel as well as the finance staff person, David Chae were extremely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the transaction. David Chae was able to negotiate a better loan price than my own credit union. These folks took their time to make sure that I was fully informed about about all features of this new and electronically sophisticated new vehicle. I am a repeat customer and will continue to return for any future purchases.Overall, I received a good, clean, honest deal at Toyota of Gladstone. More

Superb customer service Thank you Zach McClure for your excellent service during my vehicle purchase and your continued support while I learn about all the bells and whistles Thank you Zach McClure for your excellent service during my vehicle purchase and your continued support while I learn about all the bells and whistles on it! Typically I do not like to deal with sales people however, you were a pure pleasure and I will be recommending you to my friends. In fact I took my new car on vacation and a woman asked me where I bought it and I gave them your card! This is the second Rav4 I have purchased in the last 2 years (traded up) and during that time I had an opportunity to come in contact with multiple people at Gladstone Toyota of which all of them treated me like I was a personal friend. My title of this review says it all about Gladstone Toyota and I will continue to take my business to them in the future. More

Emileigh was professional and thorough throughout the duration of this purchase. She, her manager, Charity, and Dolf got me from the airplane to the interstate in less than two hours. Emileigh has also made it a point to follow up a couple of times after the sale, as well. Consider me a future customer. More

Absolutely not I purchased my car from them last year. I knew the trade in offer they gave me was low as I had two other offer that were $2,500 more. However, they w I purchased my car from them last year. I knew the trade in offer they gave me was low as I had two other offer that were $2,500 more. However, they were able to offer me a great interest rate. I really wanted a hatchback but I let them talk me into a sedan after they had assured me they’d get me into the car I actually wanted if I came back the following year for a trade in. I have a difficult credit history due to divorce and medical bills and totally own that. So, as I was about to sign the papers, let them know again that it wasn’t the car I was looking for. They admitted they new it was not the car I wanted and, again, promised to get me in the car I wanted the next year. So, I foolishly signed the papers. I was rather disappointed the next day when I saw the car I traded in listed for $3k more than I had initially purchased it for highlighting the amazing new tires. I had just put in $1300 ($850 of which was for brand new tires) into it 6 weeks earlier because I really loved the car but needed to refinance and couldn’t because of the negative equity and dissolving the negative equity into a new loan was the best way to not lose too much money. I told them this and was told they’d “actually lose money on my car.” Fast forward a year. I watched their website very closely and started communicating with a sales rep who showed me they had the exact car I was looking for. Over the next week I took off a total of 4 hours of work to go see the car one day and the next my partner met me there to seal the deal. Well, they started acting funky and one manager then preceded to man-splain things to me. When I’d ask “okay, so how does this impact me” he joked at how “aggressive” I was. Then they alluded to my partner co-signing (which I didn’t want). He said he would and then was told “what a great man” he was for “taking care of me.” Yes, he is a great man, but it really bothered me that they felt I needed to be “taken care of.” It was late in the evening and I was told the banks were closed. My sales rep was going to be off the next two days but was assured the manager I was working with would contact me in the morning. He offered to leave his info and they said it wasn’t necessary. We offered to put a deposit down and, again they said it wasn’t necessary. I drive by the dealership every morning on my way to work and imagine my surprise when I saw the car front and center just 12 hours after they said they’d be working on the financing. Late afternoon I finally reached out to my sales rep (who said to do so if I hadn’t heard back from anyone.) The only response I got was “sorry, looks like it is not going to happen.” No explanation, no numbers, nothing. I reached out to someone the next day and, again, they tried to sell me a sedan with ridiculous monthly payments. Another “manager” contacted me but then said “sorry we are swamped we might figure this out today” and was told they’d contact me the next day. Nothing. So I, again, reached out to this person and still have not heard from her. I contacted the dealership about making a complaint and was told to call someone else and provided with their contact info. I did, left a voicemail, and still have not heard from them. I began working with other dealerships, all of who commented on how they “really got” me. Their inquiry showed up on my credit report yet I still have yet to see anything from it. I ended up finding a dealership that worked their butt off to get me into a car I wanted and fix their mistake but have still heard nothing from them. They treated me like I was not worth their time, like I was dumb, and that I needed a man to take care of me. I will be going forward to making a formal complaint with the necessary people. They will do what it takes to sell a car, including lying and making false promises. Then when you call them out on it and hold them accountable they just avoid you. I had previously sent a former coworker there and my partner was going to buy his new car there. Now I will make sure to warn everyone about their practice and treatment of customers. I’m grateful for the dealership I ended up at and both my partner and I got into cars we wanted. Yes, the APR and monthly payments are a bit higher than I want it to be but they treated me like a human being and, because of this, were able to sell two cars. Be warned, Toyota of Gladstone does not care about their customers. Their sales reps are friendly enough and this actually seems to be an issue you management. If you want to be belittled this is the place to go. If you want someone to be compassionate and personable look elsewhere. More
