This was not the fault of the dealership, I just ended up buying something I didn't really want. I contacted the dealership 3 days later and they agreed to take that truck back for what I paid for it and I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota SR5. I was completely satisfied with that truck! Denis and the rest of the people involved were absolutely awesome. They made it a great experience that I will definitely share with others. I recommend Denis and this dealership! More

Denis is #1 Denis, the online sales associate that contacted me, did so about 2 days into my 2 week search for a vehicle after I put out offers to all dealers wit Denis, the online sales associate that contacted me, did so about 2 days into my 2 week search for a vehicle after I put out offers to all dealers within around 200 miles of my current location. When he approached me with a counter-offer, he was straight forward, honest, and realistic. There was no point ever that Denis was dishonest with me, nor did he ever attempt to misrepresent or distort the truth or facts. Denis consistently acted in my best interest, and maintained a level of sincere professionalism throughout the entire two-week interaction. His excellent integrity aside, Denis was prompt with his responses to my questions or inquiries, even very late into the afternoon. He was also able to consistently show a high level of knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in, and was able to quickly and efficiently answer my many questions to a level that was above satisfactory. Toyota of Gladstone is about 160 miles one-way from my home, so I wasn't certain I would be buying from them, and Denis knew this but still treated my wife and I as valued customers. Multiple times throughout the two-week period prior to my purchase, he bent over backwards to do things solely to my benefit or to gather information that was very specific or relatively unnecessary to anyone but myself. I am not one to ever heap unnecessary praise on anyone or anything, and still I am compelled to write this lengthy review specifically because of just how thoroughly impressed I was with Denis' character. All in all, I had a wonderful time with the people I spoke with. Denis did all the heavy lifting and was just all around awesome. Tom, the finance manager, did an excellent job as we went through the signing process, elaborating on all the information and ensuring we were 100% on what we were agreeing to. If you are in the region and have the opportunity to make a purchase from Gladstone Toyota, I suggest you do, and I hope you have the good fortune to work with Denis, as he's top of the line and will live up to every ounce of praise I put into this review. More
