The shell game had already been played out elsewhere. The fact of the matter is that every customer wants something and not all sales teams really listen. I incidentally got more than I bargained for in the vehicle I purchased; no argument from me. Moreover I got what I wanted most: what I saw as a fair deal for my trade. That enabled me to drive my purchase off the lot the same night without hassle after a total of six visits and up to six hours each spent with dealers elsewhere who couldn’t deliver because they didn’t listen to my needs, they tried to dictate them.
