Jeff, Roberto and Charles are awesome!! Been in my Nissan Versa for over 4yrs now and at the time wanted something nicer but hey had to build credit and so forth. Texted Jeff and asked to stop by and I went by there Sat the 27th of June. He Introduced me to Charles and we went to look at some new Kia’s. I was shown the Kia Forte FE which is a lot like the Versa. It was ok but wasn’t digging the color. I noticed the Kia Forte Sport and Charles showed it to me and I was hooked. He did a perfect walk-around and also demonstrated some of the features on the test drive. The lane assist is very nice along with the auto headlight(high beam). This car had everything. Sat radio,Apple play,LED Headlights,sunroof,nice chrome wheels and plenty more. It drives like a dream and sports the 5/60k bumper to bumper and the 10/100k power train warranties. The best surprise is when Roberto,Jeff and Charles had told me it was a done deal. All in all the experience was top notch and Charles was very educated, attentive and respectful. Would recommend Jeff,Roberto and Charles to any friends and all ready have. More

Customer experience is great I went into the dealership to test drive the car I wanted, drove smoothly as it was certified pre owned. Above and beyond customer service I had very little hope of qualifying for any car. However, Charles Archer encouraged me to apply and expressed his desire to offer great customer serv I had very little hope of qualifying for any car. And I was able to drive home the same night in my Mercedes Benz CLK Convertible!!! More
