Best salesman experience in Hampton Roads. Charles was professional from the start. I dealt with 3 other dealers around Hampton roads and all I got was a run around. When I went to Casey Kia I Charles was professional from the start. I dealt with 3 other dealers around Hampton roads and all I got was a run around. When I went to Casey Kia I met Charles. He was professional at all times, did not try to tell me a bunch of lies just trying to get a sale. His knowledge on everything I asked about was outstanding. He answered all my questions honestly. Due to his professionalism and knowledge I was able to purchase a vehicle I wanted without having to deal with a bunch on lies. More
